Responsible Metals and Supply Chain Policy

We have formalised a Responsible Metals Supply Chain Policy under which all transactions are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (AML/CTF Act).

This includes sales, buybacks, storage and all other precious metals related transactions.

Our KYC requirements include:

• For individuals: presentation of a valid Australian driver’s license or unexpired passport along with an utility bill showing your name and address (less than 3 months old)
• For companies: certificate of incorporation, company extract from the corporate regulator (ASIC) less than 3 months old and personal KYC information pertaining to all directors and any shareholder holding over 20% of the equity on issue
• For trusts: trust deed and personal (or company) information for all trustees and beneficiaries
  KYC information must be verified every 12 months as per the requirements of our ongoing Due Diligence process.

Any personal information or transaction records provided are subject to our Privacy Policy and the National Privacy Principles of Australia.

As a company regulated under AUSTRAC (Australia), Quantum Metal Bullion Pty Ltd must acquire, verify, and record specific business and identifying information about their clients before initiating a business connection and establishing an account.
